Who I am

Hi, I’m Bridgett. I teach at the intersection of nervous system understanding, movement, touch and creative experiences. My work blends yoga based therapeutics, Thai yoga bodywork and somatic education to help you feel steadier in your body — and more clear in your life.

I’m Las the creator of Draw to Center, a practical, repeatable pen and paper practice that supports emotional digestion, grounded decision making and a calmer relationship with your inner world. My style is warm, direct and embodied: we don’t bypass what’s real — we build the capacity to meet it.
